He has over 20 years of experience in structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions, as well as raising capital both in Poland and internationally. He worked as a Manager in the Investment Banking Department at BDM Brokerage House, and as CFO at the listed company Summa Linguae Technologies S.A., overseeing acquisitions and financial operations of subsidiaries in the USA, Canada, India, Scandinavia, Switzerland, and Romania. He serves on the supervisory boards of several companies, including those listed on the stock exchange.
Graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the University of Economics in Katowice.
He has over 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and raising equity and debt financing. He has worked as an Analyst, Financial Controller, and Chief Operating Officer, delivering projects for service, manufacturing, and distribution companies across sectors such as B2B services, manufacturing, packaging, recycling, telecommunications and IT, e-commerce, and game development.
