Acquisition of the Metkom Group by Takoni
Our role:
Enterium acted as the exclusive transaction advisor to the owners of the METKOM Group in the sale of the company to Takoni. The METKOM Group companies specialize in providing solutions for pipeline construction, with a combined EBITDA of PLN 35 million in 2023. Enterium was responsible for preparing sales materials, negotiating the valuation and transaction structure, coordinating the due diligence process, and advising on the preparation of transaction documentation.

Comprehensive Advisory and Sale of Lucky Duck Games
Our role:
For Lucky Duck Games, we carried out a comprehensive 3-year project that included the implementation of controlling, recruitment and organization of the finance department, as well as support in transitioning accounting in-house. In the next phase, we prepared a strategic growth options analysis, a company valuation, and—culminating the collaboration—full sell-side advisory, successfully finalized with the signing of an investment agreement with Goliath Group, one of the leading toy companies in Europe.

Acquisition of Pegwan Printing House by Prime Label
Our role:
Enterium acted as the financial and transaction advisor to the founders and owners of DRUKARNIA PEGWAN Sp. z o.o., a market leader in label printing. Our support included adjusting business analytics, preparing the financial model, developing sales materials, engaging with investors, coordinating the due diligence process, and assisting in negotiations. PEGWAN Printing House was acquired by Prime Label, backed by Innova Capital, a leading private equity fund in Central and Eastern Europe.

Strategic Advisory and Financial Modeling for Airly
Our role:
For Airly, we prepared an advanced financial model with a 5-year projection, a comprehensive company valuation using both the comparative and discounted cash flow (DCF) methods, as well as a strategic growth options analysis. The project helped define potential development paths and provided the owners with the tools necessary to make informed, high-impact business decisions.

Comprehensive Strategic Advisory for Helion S.A.
Our role:
We delivered a comprehensive advisory project for Helion S.A., starting with an analysis of strategic growth options and continuing through the implementation of an ESOP program and a Power BI system to support controlling and management analytics. We developed financial forecasts and a long-term financial model. Our support also included M&A advisory (buyside) and market and competitor analysis, enabling the management board to make informed decisions regarding growth and acquisitions.

Comprehensive Advisory Support for Vivasto S.A.
Our role:
For Vivasto S.A., we secured investment and working capital financing totaling over PLN 15 million. In parallel, we conducted a company valuation and implemented a Power BI-based financial controlling system, which enabled improved financial oversight and more efficient management of day-to-day operations.
